Shipping and Returns
STANDARD: UK Signed for delivery (approx 3-5 working days) £5.00
FREE: UK Signed for delivery (approx 3-5 working days) on orders over £100.00
All orders are sent using signed, trackable services via Royal Mail. If there is no-one at the address to sign for the delivery a card will be left with details on where your package is being held for collection.
If you need your item in a hurry then please contact the store on 0161 860 0461 or email email@example.com with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our business hours are 10:30am-6pm Monday to Friday. We endeavour to process all orders up to noon every day. Orders received after this time will be sent out on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays will be shipped on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
If you change your mind, or ordered the wrong size then you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, credit or refund. Please notify the shop by email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can expect your parcel.
The customer is liable to pay any return cost for unwanted items. Nood will only cover return expenses if you have received a faulty or wrong item. Please notify the the shop by email in this instance.
Please note that the goods must be returned in their original unworn/unwashed condition and with all packaging and tags intact.
For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.
Footwear must have no marks on the soles, not been tried on outdoors and must be returned with the original box.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Nood.

We aim to process all returns within 3-4 days of being received. As a small business with big overheads we cannot refund the cost of shipping on orders, so the value of the purchase will be refunded back to your card. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your card statement.
