These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

3. Order Acceptance & The Formation Of A Contract
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered by you unless we have notified you beforehand that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our instructions .
A sales Contract is formed once the following has been completed
A) Offer - you offer to purchase an item advertised on our website
B) Acceptance. - within 1 working day ( does not include weekends or bank holidays) of receiving your offer to purchase and your completed payment we will send a confirmation of the order stating where possible an approximate despatch date (this is a guide only and does not form part of the contract) of the product ordered.
We will inform you of any known delays at this point.
If your item is out of stock we will give the option to cancel your order or await new supplies arriving.
We will not accept your offer to purchase if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or there has been a pricing or product description error or you do not meet our eligibility to order criteria specified in our terms and conditions.
We also reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase at any time.
